Account, Communication & Payment Matters

Dear Parents/Guardians,


Artistori wishes your family a Happy New Year!


To facilitate smooth digital communication, this letter serves as a means for your immediate action:


  1. We have noticed that there have been issues with rescheduling due to no access to our system. Based on our technical assessment, we realized that those with difficulties are old accounts that is not our site member. Therefore, no matter how many times you try to reset your password, you will not receive any email notification. If you have not logged in to our website before, please do these steps: - Visit www.artistori.com - Click on login - Click on sign up - Sign Up with the email that you have been receiving our timeslot confirmation and/or invoices. - If you have not received any of these emails, please check your junk/spam folder.

  2. If you know you are a site member but still cannot login, we will need to delete your site member account and then, you will need to re-signup as a site member again. I am not able to solve this mystery for this is a WIX technical issue where I have no control. Please drop us an email at registration@artistori.com if you need us to delete the site member account.

  3. Once you are our site member, we will then need to add your account to be able to access the website rescheduling system. Please drop us an email at registration@artistori.com once you have signed up as our site member so we can do so. For immediate access, you can download the WIX app on your mobile phone to do the booking and cancellation. Drop us an email at registration@artistori.com to ask for the INVITE CODE.

  4. WhatsApp communication will no longer be for: a. Rescheduling matters. b. Renewing and invoicing matters.

  5. We seek your patience and understanding for we have multiple people working together to provide a good service for you, therefore WhatsApp messages do not get through if the person reading does not pass down the message to the team. Emails can reach multiple parties.

  6. We understand that it may be convenient for you to come by the studio to verbally tell us about changes and arrangements but there is a high chance that we will forget or miss out what you have communicated to us. We also fully understand that the digital system has some restrictions or limitations but instead, please do email us at registration@artistori.com to inform us of any changes that the system cannot help you arrange.

  7. Cashless and Contactless Payment is safer and highly encouraged. Our current setup: a. PayNow UEN: 201524073E Screenshot and send over to registration@artistori.com once done. b. NETS QR Code c. Online Credit/Debit Card payment but with additional 3% online transaction fee.

We constantly seek to improve and do better, with strong belief that art education is beneficial for everyone including adults. Even if art is not part of your academic aim, art improves any individual’s perspective, character, and well-being.


 

We will still need to adhere to the new norm of life, measures and precautions that ensures our hygiene...


 

Our classes will be equipped with cameras to include concurrent online classes together with physical classes.
