ARTISTORI TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

Artistori General Terms

  1. Artistori refers to Artistori Pte Ltd.

  2. Order refers to an instruction made to Artistori on the purchase of lessons, workshops, courses, products and/or materials, etc.

  3. Customer refers to a person or individual who placed an order with Artistori.

Artistori General Conditions

  1. Payments and Transactions of goods and services made online through this website, http://www.artistori.com, shall include a 3% transaction fee of the total amount priced, quoted and/or invoiced.

  2. Artistori reserves the right to cancel, amend or stop any fees, sale, promotion, deals, art lessons/classes, grace period, privileges and policies without prior notice to the public.

  3. Artistori reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice to the public.

Artistori Lessons, Workshops and Programme Terms

  1. Creative Mix Media Art refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 4 years old to 8 years old or otherwise specially arranged age criteria. 1 Creative Mix Media Art Lesson is 1 hour 30 minutes per lesson.

  2. Creative Fine Art refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 8 years old to 12 years old or otherwise specially arranged age criteria. 1 Creative Fine Art Lesson is 2 hours per lesson.

  3. Creative Fine Art is previously known as Art Foundation.

  4. Creative Visual Art refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 12 years old and above or otherwise specially arranged age criteria. 1 Creative Visual Art Lesson is 2 hours per lesson.

  5. Creative Visual Art is previously known as Art Preneurship.

  6. Regular Art Programme refers to Creative Mix Media Art, Art Foundation, Art Preneurship, Creative Fine Art and Creative Visual Art.

  7. Lesson Credit refers to a Regular Art Programme lesson paid fully, in advance.

  8. Lesson Package refers to a number of Lesson Credits.

  9. Art Workshop refers to art lessons/classes that are held with a fixed fee and on specific timeslots, period and dates stated respectively and for persons whose ages are specified accordingly. Unless otherwise stated specifically, fees will expire accordingly to the stated period and dates.

  10. Holiday Workshop refers to art lessons/classes that are held during the school holiday period with timeslots and dates stated respectively and for persons whose ages are specified accordingly.   11. Holiday Camp refers to a set of Holiday Workshops combined together in a specified stated number of days, date and time.

  12. Existing Customer refers to a person who has commenced and attends Regular Art Programme with existing Lesson Package.

  13. New Enrolment refers to a person who does not hold any existing Lesson Credit(s). New enrolment also refers to a person who have used up existing Lesson Credit 2 weeks after the date the last Lesson Credit was used or accounted for as used.

  14. Enrolment Fee refers to a one-time fee that must be paid up in advance and applicable to a New Enrolment. Enrolment Fee is applicable to a Customer who have used up existing Lesson Credit from Regular Art Programmes 2 weeks after the date the last Lesson Credit was used or accounted for as used.

  15. Registration Fee refers to a one-time fee that must be paid up in advance and applicable to any new registration. 

  16. Closed Project refers to an art project from a Regular Art Programme that has gone past 2 weeks from the last week of the scheduled project period. A student with a Closed Project half done or not complete due to absence will need to bare the Closed Project Make Up Class Fees.

  17. Closed Project Make Up Class Fees refers to a fee with a minimum charge of $50 per hour incurred on students, parents or guardians who request for the make up of classes to complete a particular Closed Project, at the advice of Artistori Teachers, with a given time requirement. Artistori reserves the full rights on the arrangement of timeslots and advice on given time required for these make up of classes.

Artistori Lessons, Workshops, Camps and Programme Conditions

  1. Any or all unutilised Registration fees or Enrolment fees or Lesson Credits or Ticket(s) or Art Workshop fees or Holiday Workshop fees or Holiday Camp fees cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or money.

  2. Any or all unutilised Registration fees or Enrolment fees or Lesson Credits or Ticket(s) or Art Workshop fees or Holiday Workshop fees or Holiday Camp fees cannot be exchanged for any other programmes such as Holiday Workshops, Art Jamming, etc unless otherwise stated.  

  3. Registration fees or Enrolment Fees or Lesson Credits or Ticket(s) or Art Workshop fees or Holiday Workshop fees or Holiday Camp fees must be fully paid in advance before any commencement of lessons.

  4. In the event when Lesson Credits or Art Workshop or Holiday Workshop or Holiday Camp has/have already commenced, fees paid cannot be changed, top up, switched with additional cash or money.

  5. Upon commencement of Lesson Package, Lesson Credits will be utilised even upon absence. Upon absence, the allowance to make up for is within 2 weeks upon the date of absence. If no makeup lesson is attended for within, this lesson credit will still be accounted for as used.

  6. In the event when there is an arrangement for a long holiday, the maximum period to freeze your Lesson Package is 4 weeks within a calendar year where a written email notice is sent to us 1 month in advance.

  7. For Art Workshops and/or Holiday Camps, no make up or replacement lessons/classes will be provided for any absentee without a valid Medical Certificate.

  8. In the event of scheduling make up art lessons/classes, replacement art lessons/classes or additional art lessons/classes, Artistori reserves the right to allocate the appropriate timeslots and dates.

  9. Charge of $50 per hour is applicable if participant is fetched late.

  10. Artistori reserves the right to reject, turn down or refuse any request or customer.

Artistori Artwork & Printed Product Terms

  1. An Artwork refers to either a canvas painting, an art piece done on paper, craft done using paper, sculpture done using clay or any other type of material or a digital illustration done by an artist who is a child, teen or adult.

  2. Artistori Pte Ltd retains all rights in and to numerous Artworks which are produced in Artistori Pte Ltd which are not transferred herein, and has the exclusive right to license others to produce, copy, make, publish or sell copies of the Artworks and retains all common law copyrights.

  3. A Printed product refers to either paper, pillow, towel, mug, phone case, bottle, bag, apparel, canvas, book cover or other materials with a copy of an Artwork printed on.

Artistori Artwork & Printed Product Sale, Return, Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Conditions

  1. Orders received after 5pm Singapore time, from Tuesdays to Sundays will be processed the next working day. If orders fall after 5pm Singapore time on Sundays, the orders shall be processed on Tuesdays from 9am onwards.

  2. Artistori takes 1 hour to 24 hours to process an order.

  3. Artistori engages a third party supplier for printing and a third party courier or postage service to provide the delivery of printed products. Artistori does not indemnify the third party companies or individuals engaged.

  4. The time varies from ordering, processing, delivery to receiving artwork and/or printed product orders. Orders may be received earlier or later than the expected time frame speculated. In the situation of delays, the process may be disrupted due to different situations such as an Act of God, Force Majeure, technical malfunctions of machines used to print or transport the artwork or printed product.

  5. The photos of the printed products you have seen on Artistori.com or other affiliate websites or apps are for illustration only. Most pictures are not photos of actual printed products photographed. Thus, there may be some difference when the actual printed products are printed. Colors can be lighter, alignment of the artwork on the printed products may not be similar and the scale of the artwork on the printed product may not be exactly as the pictures on the product page.

  6. Cancellation of any order or cancellation of a printed product and/or artwork amongst the order shall depend on the following situations:

    • In the event the order is not processed, Artistori is able to provide the customer with a full refund.​

    • In the event the order is processed but the print job has not started, Artistori is able to provide the customer with a full refund.

    • In the event the print job has started but the printed products are not delivered, Artistori is able to provide the customer with 50% refund of the printed product price sold and a full refund on delivery cost paid for the particular order.

    • In the event the order is delivering or delivered, the cancellation will only be processed when Artistori has received the printed products back in original packaging and original condition. Once cancellation has been approved, Artistori is able to provide 50% refund of the printed product price sold in this particular order.

    • In the event of any possible printing fault(s) and the customer decided to cancel the particular printed products, the customer must communicate with Artistori with pictures and description of the fault and the particular printed products must be sent back, in good condition, to Artistori for verification of the described printing fault(s). Upon confirmation of the printing fault(s), Artistori will refund 100% of price of the particular printed products, with printing fault, sold in the particular order and the cost of a normal delivery postage fee engaged by the customer. In the event there is no printing fault(s), the customer will need to engage a courier or postage service to retrieve the particular printed products from Artistori, baring full cost of the courier or postage service.

  7. Exchange of any printed products in any order will require a cancellation first. A new order should be made for the printed product while the cancellation is being processed.

  8. Refunds are made within 60 days upon cancellation request.

  9. Refunds made to the customer will not include the 3% transaction fee of the total bill that the customer paid online to the particular order.

Photography and Videography

  1. By signing up with Artistori Pte Ltd, Parents/Guardians consents to allow Artistori Pte Ltd to take photographs and videos of their children, teen and dependent for the use on communication, social media platforms, Artistori Pte Ltd website, printouts, publications and brochures.
