ARTISTORI TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

Artistori General Terms

  1. Artistori refers to Artistori Pte Ltd.

  2. Order refers to an instruction made to Artistori on the purchase of lessons, workshops, courses, products and/or materials, etc.

  3. Customer refers to a person or individual who placed an order with Artistori.

Artistori General Conditions

  1. Payments and Transactions of goods and services made online through this website, http://www.artistori.com, shall include a 3% transaction fee of the total amount priced, quoted and/or invoiced.

  2. Artistori reserves the right to cancel, amend or stop any fees, sale, promotion, deals, art lessons/classes and Grace Period without prior notice to the public.

  3. Artistori reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice to the public.

Artistori Lessons, Workshops and Programme Terms

  1. New signup refers to a person who has never attended and have no payment history for  5 or more Lesson Credits for Creative Mix Media Art, Canvas Painting Art, Pottery Art or Art Foundation.

  2. Artistori Family Member refers to Artistori little artists or junior artists who are regularly attending Creative Mix Media Art, Canvas Painting Art, Pottery Art or Art Foundation, once a week every week with payment history of 5 Lesson Package, 10 Lesson Package, 20 Lesson Package or 40 Lesson Package.

  3. Creative Mix Media Art refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 4 years old to 12 years old. 1 Creative Mix Media Art Lesson is 1 hour 30 minutes per lesson.

  4. Canvas Painting Art refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 7 years old to Adults or otherwise specially arranged age criteria. 1 Canvas Painting Art Lesson is 2 hours per lesson.

  5. Pottery Art refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 7 years old to Adults or otherwise specially arranged age criteria. 1 Pottery Art Lesson is 2 hours per lesson.

  6. Art Foundation refers to art lessons/classes for persons from 10 years old to 17 years old or otherwise specially arranged age criteria. 1 Art Foundation Lesson is 2 hours per lesson.

  7. Art Jamming Session, also known as Jam It Your Way Through Art, refers to 2 hour sessions that are only held at Tampines Mart Branch for adults to paint on canvas with acrylic paint without any lesson/class guidance from any teachers in Artistori. Art Jamming Sessions must be arranged in advance with Artistori.

  8. Grace Period refers to a date range set for the validity of any services, lessons, classes or workshops.

  9. Lesson Credits refers to a number of lessons paid fully, in advance, for a particular Artistori Family Member and to be utilised within the Grace Period stated by Artistori. Any Lesson Credits left unutilised will be expired after the stated Grace Period.

  10. Lesson Package refers to a number of Lesson Credits that will expire in a stated Grace Period.

  11. 40 Lesson Package refers to 40 Lesson Credits to be utilised within 46 weeks Grace Period from the commencement date stated accordingly.

  12. 20 Lesson Package refers to 20 Lesson Credits to be utilised within 24 weeks Grace Period from the commencement date stated.

  13. 10 Lesson Package refers to 10 Lesson Credits to be utilised within 12 weeks Grace Period from the commencement date stated.

  14. 5 Lesson Package refers to 5 Lesson Credits to be utilised within 6 weeks Grace Period from the commencement date stated.

  15. 1 Lesson Package refers to 1 Lesson Credit to be utilised within 1 week Grace Period from the commencement date stated.

  16. Art Workshop refers to art lessons/classes that are held with a fixed fee and on specific timeslots, period and dates stated respectively and for persons whose ages are specified accordingly. Unless otherwise stated specifically, fees will expire accordingly to the stated period and dates.

  17. Holiday Workshop refers to art lessons/classes that are held during the school holiday period with timeslots and dates stated respectively and for persons whose ages are specified accordingly.   18. Consecutive Attendance refers to a particular Artistori Family Member’s attendance that is consecutive per week, every week, accumulating up to a maximum of 45. In the event of any absence, make up lessons must be arranged and attended within the Grace Period to maintain accumulation, otherwise, Consecutive Attendance will be reset to 0. Consecutive Attendance cannot be transferred or replaced to another Artistori Family Member.

Artistori Lessons, Workshops and Programme Conditions

  1. Lesson Package or Art Workshop cannot be shared amongst two or more Artistori Family Members unless otherwise stated.

  2. In the event when Lesson Package is shared amongst two or more Artistori Family Members, the allocation of Lesson Credits must be specified respectively to each respective Artistori Family Member with a specified Grace Period pro-rated accordingly.

  3. Any or all unutilised Lesson Credits or Art Workshop fees cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or money.

  4. Any or all unutilised Lesson Credits or Art Workshop fees cannot be exchanged for any other programmes such as Holiday Workshops, Art Jamming, etc unless otherwise stated.  

  5. Any or all unutilised Lesson Credits or Art Workshop fees cannot be transferred to other persons. Transfer of unutilised Lesson Credits to direct siblings i.e. direct brother or sister can only be approved by Artistori upon special reasons and must be utilised within the respective Grace Period.

  6. Lesson Credits or Art Workshop fees must be fully paid in advance before any commencement of lessons.

  7. In the event when Lesson Credits or Art Workshop has/have already commenced, Lesson Package or Art Workshop fees cannot be changed, top up, switched with additional cash or money.

  8. In the event of scheduling make up art lessons/classes, replacement art lessons/classes or additional art lessons/classes, Artistori reserves the right to allocate the appropriate timeslots and dates to Artistori Family Member.

  9. Any or all paid Holiday Workshop or Art Workshop cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or money.

  10. Artistori reserves the right to reject, turn down or refuse any new signups, new patrons or customers.

Artistori Artwork & Printed Product Terms

  1. An Artwork refers to either a canvas painting, an art piece done on paper or any other type of surface material or a digital illustration done by an artist who is a child, teen or adult.

  2. A Printed product refers to either paper, pillow, towel, mug, phone case, bottle, bag, apparel, canvas, book cover or other materials with a copy of an Artwork printed on.

Artistori Artwork & Printed Product Sale, Return, Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Conditions

  1. Orders received after 5pm Singapore time, from Tuesdays to Sundays will be processed the next working day. If orders fall after 5pm Singapore time on Sundays, the orders shall be processed on Tuesdays from 9am onwards.

  2. Artistori takes 1 hour to 24 hours to process an order.

  3. Artistori engages a third party supplier for printing and a third party courier or postage service to provide the delivery of printed products. Artistori does not indemnify the third party companies or individuals engaged.

  4. The time varies from ordering, processing, delivery to receiving artwork and/or printed product orders. Orders may be received earlier or later than the expected time frame speculated. In the situation of delays, the process may be disrupted due to different situations such as an Act of God, Force Majeure, technical malfunctions of machines used to print or transport the artwork or printed product.

  5. The photos of the printed products you have seen on Artistori.com or other affiliate websites or apps are for illustration only. Most pictures are not photos of actual printed products photographed. Thus, there may be some difference when the actual printed products are printed. Colors can be lighter, alignment of the artwork on the printed products may not be similar and the scale of the artwork on the printed product may not be exactly as the pictures on the product page.

  6. Cancellation of any order or cancellation of a printed product and/or artwork amongst the order shall depend on the following situations:

    • In the event the order is not processed, Artistori is able to provide the customer with a full refund.​

    • In the event the order is processed but the print job has not started, Artistori is able to provide the customer with a full refund.

    • In the event the print job has started but the printed products are not delivered, Artistori is able to provide the customer with 50% refund of the printed product price sold and a full refund on delivery cost paid for the particular order.

    • In the event the order is delivering or delivered, the cancellation will only be processed when Artistori has received the printed products back in original packaging and original condition. Once cancellation has been approved, Artistori is able to provide 50% refund of the printed product price sold in this particular order.

    • In the event of any possible printing fault(s) and the customer decided to cancel the particular printed products, the customer must communicate with Artistori with pictures and description of the fault and the particular printed products must be sent back, in good condition, to Artistori for verification of the described printing fault(s). Upon confirmation of the printing fault(s), Artistori will refund 100% of price of the particular printed products, with printing fault, sold in the particular order and the cost of a normal delivery postage fee engaged by the customer. In the event there is no printing fault(s), the customer will need to engage a courier or postage service to retrieve the particular printed products from Artistori, baring full cost of the courier or postage service.

  7. Exchange of any printed products in any order will require a cancellation first. A new order should be made for the printed product while the cancellation is being processed.

  8. Refunds are made within 60 days upon cancellation request.

  9. Refunds made to the customer will not include the 3% transaction fee of the total bill that the customer paid online to the particular order.
