From June 2023 onwards, we will stop to use the online booking system for pre-booking and rescheduling purposes.
For rescheduling, simply send us a Whatsapp message on the date and time to reschedule your predicted absent date to or after your absence. Please note that our policy is a 2-week grace period to make up for from the date of absence.

What if I don't know the timeslots for my child's programme?

Where can I find the commencement date for my existing lessons package?
When you have received an invoice from us, the commencement date of the new lessons package will be set in the notes at the bottom of the invoice page.
How will I know my lessons package end date?
When you have made an offline payment (PayNow, bank transfer, cash, etc) for a new lessons package, we will administer to subscribe your account to the correct lessons package showing the validity. For example, if your 5 Lessons Package commences on Friday 23rd June, the commencement date will be set to Monday 19th June instead. Therefore, the validity date shown (end date) will be Monday 24th July rather than Friday 21st June.
What will happen to my existing bookings?
Lesson Credits are accounted for on our attendance sheet. If you need to verify your existing lesson credits, WhatsApp us and we can share with you.
